Lina Nielsen is an Olympic athlete and medallist specialising in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in her teens, Lina publicly shared her condition in 2022 after experiencing illness during the World Championships. She is now leading her own MS awareness campaign, MS Without Barriers, and is set to address the British Parliament in the summer of 2025. She is the lead presenter of a three-part documentary series about MS on Sky Sports and a travel documentary in Saudi Arabia on Prime Video. In addition to her athletics, she is a yoga instructor and a recipe curator. Lina's ultimate goal is to break Sally Gunnell’s long-standing British record in the 400m hurdles, which has stood for 31 years.
