Keegan is a professional rugby league player and current online fitness coach from Yorkshire. In 2015, he came out as gay and his message since has been simple: Your sexuality doesn't define you or the communities you can be a part of. Before coming out, Keegan had two kids with his wife, he had been a builder, a doorman and captained professional rugby teams. Now, he is on a mission to help shape society to be more inclusive, where men can share emotions and be exactly who they are, or who they want to be.
